LESSONS IN LEADERSHIP is a discussion series for area business, educational and nonprofit leaders interested in improving their leadership understanding and skills. The series is organized around From Values to Action – The Four Principles of Values-Based Leadership by Harry M. Jansen Kraemer, Jr.

WHY: Everyone has the opportunity to be a leader … in the workplace or family, or in business and community organizations. Improving our leadership skills makes us more effective and helps us to facilitate and maximize the efforts of the group.

WHEN/WHERE: From 7:30-9am in the Crystal Room at Saint Joseph College in West Hartford. Light breakfast fare will be provided. Parking is free and easy.

SESSION TOPICS: Although individual sessions are “stand alone” and reading the book is not required, we recommend that you read the book and attend as many sessions as possible to take full advantage of this popular series.
