When: Wednesday, May 20, 2009 at 6:00pm

Where: Aqua Turf, Plantsville, CT

Cocktails & Hors D'oeuvres: 6 - 7 pm

Dinner: 7 pm

Awards Presentation: 7:30 pm

RSVP by May 14th.

Cost:

$75 for members, or $675 for a table of ten.

$90 for non-members, or $810 for a table of ten.

Includes hors d'ouevres and dinner. Cash bar.
