Fathom is now interviewing for an Account Coordinator to help us navigate these opportunities with our clients and our team. Our new Account Coordinator will become a key member of Fathom’s Account Team, assisting with account relationships, project integrity and quality.
Responsibilities
- Assist Account Department/Project Managers in the management of creative product/projects including web, interactive, print, branding
- Work with Project Managers to draft and update schedules, update creative briefs/change requests and manage other project documentation
- Coordinate project details and regularly update Project Managers
- Be responsible for basic content management for projects, organizing documents, photos and videos provided by clients on large website projects
- Track feedback, changes and status of information flow from clients
- Work with clients and Project Managers to schedule important meetings
- Use project management software to pull reports that Project Managers can review, summarize and use to keep Account Leadership informed on a regular basis
- Perform website edits on Fathom’s content management system (prior knowledge not required)
- Quality Assurance / Proofreading
- Client contact, with Project Managers’ guidance
Requirements
- Confident and excellent communicator
- Adaptable, quick learner, self-motivated, eager, proactive and willing to take initiative
- Ability to assist simultaneously on several client accounts and projects for multiple Project Managers
- Service-minded with 1-3 years customer service or client experience
- Agency experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong computer skills
- Basic inDesign and Workamajig knowledge a plus, but not required
