Fathom is now interviewing for an experienced Account Leader to help us navigate these opportunities with our clients and our team. Our new Account Leader will become a key member of Fathom’s client-facing team, helping to manage account relationships, project integrity and quality. Specific responsibilities will include daily client communications and internal coordination of project details and teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple client relationships, communications and projects, including long-term retained clients
• Oversee projects from brand development and print to web and interactive
• Coordinate internal resources with Operations Manager
• Integrity oversight of projects, including quality assurance, and delivery to clients on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Habitually delivering world-class customer service

Requirements:

• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tactics
• Self-directed, adaptable and motivated
• Detail-oriented, and able to coordinate, prioritize and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex projects, ideas and agreements in verbal and written form
• Ability maintain a sense of humor within a fast-paced creative environment
• Experience with multi-faceted, long-term digital/analog marketing projects preferred
