President Letter for 2009-2010 Season

Dear Members and Future Members,

Thank you so much for your interest in the Advertising Club of Connecticut. I’m very excited to jump right into the role of President of this wonderful organization. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to welcome you to the Advertising Club of Connecticut and thank you for your continued support.

The Advertising Club of Connecticut is the largest association in the state serving Advertising and Marketing professionals. We have members from every facet of those industries working together, sharing ideas and supporting each other.

We are a non-profit organization and the generous donation of your time and attendance at our events allows us to continue to support organizations such as the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center and the Rob Branham Scholarship Fund.

Our Board of Directors and Committees have some engaging events planned for 2009-2010. Be sure to visit our events page to learn more about what we have planned, such as our Fall Professional Development Seminar, Holiday Party, Out of Home Creative Competition, Spring Professional Development Seminar and 56th Annual Awards Show. In addition to our large events, we host an almost monthly networking happy hour called Thirsty Thursday, an informal place to meet others in our industry.

At the Advertising Club of Connecticut, we welcome your feedback and encourage your participation. If you have interest in getting in involved planning an event, writing or designing a promotional piece, becoming a committee or board member or have general feedback about an event you have attended, please do not hesitate to contact me, our Executive Director, or any of the Board Members.
