McKaylah is a 2020 BFA graduate from Wilkes University and Connecticut transplant with over five years of professional design experience. She has worked across diverse industries, including legal and medical marketing, as well as research and higher education. She currently serves as a Graphic Designer and Production Artist at Adams & Knight in Avon.

Her work has earned multiple honors, including a Silver Award at the 2024 w3 Awards and a Professional Silver at the 2021 American Advertising Awards. She also holds several traditional art accolades, such as the Bower Adams Simon Sterling Traditional Art Award and the Sidney and Pauline Friedman Visual Arts Scholarship.

Based in Manchester, McKaylah shares her life with her boyfriend, Lamont, and their rambunctious Mini-Bernedoodle, Harlow. A passionate foodie, self-proclaimed tattoo enthusiast, Pink Drink aficionado, and devoted media buff, she is also an avid book lover.

Bernadette Grecki is an advertising professional with over 40 years of experience.

She has a strong interest in brand management, and career highlights include: in 1983 while at Decker, Guertin & Cheyne, she bought the lowest cost TV spot in the final episode of MASH in the Hartford/New Haven market. It remains the most-watched scripted TV show finale. Also, while Director of Advertising & Marketing Communications at The Travelers in 1996-98, she managed its iconic trademark, the Travelers red umbrella.

She graduated from Southern Illinois University with a B.S. in Workforce Education & Development. Currently, Grecki is a Marketing Program Manager at Eversource Energy. She resides in Norwich, CT, with her husband, Stan Kaplan, a photographer and inventor.

Steve is the President of Mason for advertising and digital services and has been practicing marketing communications for more than 30 years. He is a hands-on team leader and serves as Principal-in-charge for, or collaborates with, virtually all Mason clients. Steve started his career in customer market research and has since built a strong background in brand planning, program development and digital services for major brands. Ron has been overseeing the financial health of the agency for 30 years. He has nurtured and developed the digital offerings while adhering to best practices from a security and development point of view. Ron has played many roles, from IT guru to CFO to COO and finally CEO. His in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the agency allows him to provide the best possible guidance when managing the outcome of projects. The knowledge and insight that Ron has gleaned from his BOD experiences and constant interaction with other CEOs in the industry plays a major role in all initiatives.
